SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ship your item(s) as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 business hours of the sale. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

  • We do not deliver to PO and APO/FPO box addresses.
  • Products shipped to an address within the state of Kansas will be charged applicable sales tax.
  • Packages cannot be re-routed while in transit.

U.S. Shipping

  • All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx for free. In certain cases such as replacements, etc. we will send your order using USPS Priority Mail.

  • Additionally, we offer different shipping options, such as faster delivery, for customers seeking expeditious delivery of their order. If you need expeditious delivery of your order, please contact our Customer Service for assistance in expediting your order. You will be billed for the additional cost separately via PayPal. Unfortunately at this time, customers in Alaska and Hawaii can choose Ground Shipping only.

  • To view the approximate shipping charges to your location, add the item(s) you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. Next, click on the Shipping Rates button within the cart. In the new window that opens, type in your five-digit zip code and click Get Rates.

International Shipping

  • International shipping rates are determined by a matrix of factors including package size, weight, and value. Therefore, in some cases we will not be able to predetermine the shipping costs for your international order. If you would like to ship internationally, please contact us for a special shipping quote.

Delivery Times

  • UPS & FedEx transit times within the US range between 1-6 business days. They do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Therefore, an item shipped Next Day Air on Friday will not arrive until Monday. Check below to see the different transit times.

Return & Exchange Policy

A return authorization can be requested for a refund of an unopened unused product or damaged product within 15 business days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. After the 15 business days, return authorizations will only be issued for replacement of a damaged product covered under an extended warranty. Warranty information for each qualifying item is listed within the description of the item for your review prior to making the purchase.

  • Return merchandise initiated within 15 business days of receipt of shipment.

  • Any merchandise beyond the 15 business day window will not be eligible for return.

  • All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Please call or email us for a RMA number BEFORE sending your return. Returns not accompanied by RMA number will be refused.

  • We will email you instructions for a proper return.

  • Return shipping to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.

  • To be eligible for return, items must be in the same condition they were received in, with all boxes, components, instructions, parts, etc. included. Also, no price stickers, etc. can be affixed to the items.  Items returned not meeting this criteria will be returned to the sender or disposed of.

  • Returns without the proper documentation will be rejected at the warehouse.

  • All emails will be answered within 24 hours Monday - Friday.

  • Returns could be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
